What Is Lifeline?
Lifeline is a government assistance program that provides eligible low income families with discounted rates on their home telephone, wireless telephone, or broadband internet services.
The Lifeline program is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), with oversight by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
IMPORTANT
- Limit one Lifeline discount per household
- Lifeline discounts are non-transferable to another person or household
- Only those eligible for Lifeline may enroll in this program
